Description of Kovar (Fe-Ni-Co) Spherical Powder

Kovar (Fe-Ni-Co) spherical powder is composed of approximately 54% iron, 29% nickel, and 17% cobalt. it’s also known as ASTM F15 or Alloy 29-17. Kovar is widely used in applications requiring a tight seal between metal and glass or ceramics, such as in electronics, vacuum tubes, and semiconductor packaging.

Princeton Powder is a leading supplier of Kovar (Fe-Ni-Co) spherical powder. We specialize in a comprehensive range of spherical powder products and possess extensive expertise in additive manufacturing (3D printing) industry. ASTM F15 Kovar powder is for sale at a competitive price.
